From photographers and videographers, to live music, MC’s, car hire, magicians, life drawing and beyond, we have every aspect of your event covered in style. Have a preferred supplier in mind for any aspect of your event? Not to worry! We will connect with them on your behalf to make sure they fit in with the run sheet and all other aspects of the day.

We’ll discuss your budget so we can offer the best solution to achieve your dream event. We have solutions for all budgets and will liaise with our suppliers to come up with the best solutions within your budget.

We work with you to locate the best venue for your event. Already booked in your venue before meeting with us? No worries! We will happily connect with them and finalise the planning and details for you.

An amazing band or feature act will really set your event apart and make it one for all to remember! A great band will keep people grooving on the dance floor and ensure your guests party to the end with you; or a unique feature act such as dancing, drumming, acrobats or magicians can really get the party started! Phoenix Red has a secret supply of artists that truly know how to entertain, and we can tailor them to your interests to really make your memories special and keep your guests talking about your event for days.

Once we have all suppliers locked in, we work together with them, the venue and yourself to ensure your day runs smoothly.

We know how long things take, and we craft the day run sheet to allow ample time for each aspect of your event, whilst also making sure things are always moving forward. We also circulate the run sheet to all suppliers to ensure everyone is working on the same page.

When your special day arrives, we also offer on the day coordination and support. We make sure all the suppliers are in the right place at the right time, check that everything is in place at the venue and that it is looking even better than you imagined.
